Task Give NCODP over: Leader book, Contact Rosters, and Counseling's Conditions Placed in a classroom environment with senior NCOs' and Junior NCOs' making sure all have paper and pen to take notes Standards The standard is achieved once all NCOs' take from this training and utilize the information as a form of practice. Safety The safety considerations are LOW but be cautious of your surroundings at all times. Environmental Considerations As a member of the United States military it is the responsibility of all members to protect their environment and keep this consideration in mind.

    5. Contact Rosters Purpose List the succession of rank. Gives clarity of the Chain of Command/NCO Support Channel Allows an even distribution of information in the event of any/all emergencies

    6. Contact Rosters Test the contact roster Suggestions for testing The Senior NCO will start by calling the person next under him/her by passing a message, and then the message will be passed on to the next Soldier under them till the message makes it back to lowest rank Soldier. The lowest rank Soldier will call back to the Senior NCO with the message In the event that the message doesn't cover down, as the Senior NCO you need to find out where the error is at and correct it.
