  21. NSP​ ​Tools-​ ​ ​Setup​ ​Recommendations​ ​and​ ​User​ ​Tips • Note: Currently the App is only available for PHONE devices - not computers or tablets. In 2018 we plan to roll-out an iPad version. • Download​ ​the​ ​“NSP​ ​Tools”​ ​app​ ​from​ ​the​ ​appropriate​ ​app​ ​store.​ ​ ​Look​ ​for​ ​the​ ​appropriate icon​ ​since​ ​there​ ​are​ ​other​ ​NSP​ ​apps​ ​in​ ​the​ ​store. Step​ ​1:​ ​Sign​ ​in Sign in using your NEW Oracle username and password. (If you signed in previously with your old account number and PIN, then you should sign out and sign back in with your new information. “Sign out” is found at the bottom of the Settings tab.)

  22. Step​ ​2:​ ​Select​ ​your​ ​Market​ ​and​ ​Language​ ​Settings • Market = Canada • Display Language = English or French • Content Language = English or French • ---these languages should be the same, either English for both or French for both

Step​ ​3:​ ​Update​ ​your​ ​Share​ ​settings​ ​(Facebook,​ ​Twitter,​ ​etc.) • These are found in the Settings tab and will help you share content more easily. ● Click on Lead capture and add your information. ● Click on Social Networks and input the required information to connect to these networks

  24. Step​ ​4:​ ​Update​ ​your​ ​“Notification”​ ​settings. • Add your email and cell phone number (optional). When content you share is opened, you will receive a notification via the methods(s) you choose informing you who opened the content that you shared.

  25. Step​ ​5:​ ​Share​ ​Content • Select the video, PDF or image that you’d like to share. Click on the method you’d like to share it - Text Message (SMS), Social, etc. Select the icon of the app you’d like to use to share the message. • Note: The NSP Tools app doesn’t directly share messages, but connects to the apps on your phone to share the message (Facebook, Email, etc.) For example, you can’t share content via email unless you have an email app on your phone that is connected to your email service. • The “Training” PDFs and Videos cannot be shared but only viewed by the App owner

  26. Actions​ ​and​ ​Reminders • Content you share and content that is opened by the recipient will appear in the “Feed - Actions” tab. Drag and action to the right to convert it into a “reminder”. Click the “reminder” to the right to mark it as “Done”. • This feature helps you remember who to follow-up with. • Problems​ ​using​ ​the​ ​app?​ Delete the app completely from your phone. Download and install latest version
