Instructions: • Find a video or a video segment which shows a miscommunication. • Describe what is the miscommunication as in the video. • Suggest three ways on how to avoid the miscommunication as in the video. Each suggestion must be accompanied by a reference from an author of a book/a journal. All citations must be written in the reference.

  3. Instructions • Your write up must contain: • Table of Contents • Introduction • Description of the miscommunication • Suggestions (with references) on how to avoid the miscommunication. • Conclusion • Reference • Appendix ( the video or the video link)

Date due etc • Date due: 20th July 12.00 by midnight • Send in via email to me: srsiwok@gmail.com • Your mail should contain : • i) the video or the link of the miscommunication video in formats that I can open. If I cannot open the video or the link, no marks will be given. • ii) the write up in WORDS.
