  1. How to Prepare Healthy Summer Salad Recipes at Home? In Ayurveda, it is said that our bodies are made up of 3 main Doshas or energies. Each of these Doshas represent one element. They are Kapha, Pitta and Vata dosha. A healthy body is one that has achieved balance between these doshas. When we fall ill, or get sick, Ayurveda aims to improve us by balancing out these doshas by increasing or reducing one or more of them. During summer, the Kapha of the body increases. Hence, good summer dishes are ones that are rich in Pitta and Vata and low in Kapha. The Kapha dosha represents the elements of the earth. Here are some recipes to make summer salads that are healthy and good for you. Cauliflower Bean Salad This is a simple salad that is filling, healthy and tasty.
