  1. Paragraph: Indent one space New Paragraph: Indent one space Title: Write on the first line. Leave 3 to 4 spaces at the top before writing the title. English Name: Write the first name first, write a dot next, and write the last name. Japanese Name: Write on the second line. Write the last name first, leave a space and write the first name. Small やゆよつ: Use one space and write them in the upper right part of the square. |: For katakana vowel lengthening, use | in one space. Maru & Ten: Use one space and write them in the upper right part of the square. Bottom Maru: Don’t write maru (。) or ten (、) at the beginning of a new line. Instead, write it at the end of the sentence inside the space of the previous character.

  2. Open かっこ : For a quotation, use ┐to open. Close かっこ : In the same space with maru, write└ to close the quotation. Quotation Sentence: Go to the new line where the quotation starts. Small やゆよ w/Small つ: Use one space for each letter. Write them in the upper right part of the square.
