Technical Assistance to DistrictsConducted by Environmental Science Associates: Kelly Runyan, John Hanscom, Cybele Chang • Annual Waste Audit and “Green Report” • Right-sizing of waste and recycling services • Implementation of food scrap recycling programs • Assistance with franchise negotiations • Presentation of custodial training workshops
