  3. GOALS A Goal is a (3)future realistic target with a positive outcome, which can be reliably measured. It results from applied effort and sound preparation through challenging strategies.

  5. Goal Chart • Goals (5)are spoken about often at school and in life. We all need them. Beginning with the end in mind is the key.
