Innovative Research Proposal for On-Campus Parking Solutions at the University of Oklahoma

Sooner Consultants propose innovative solutions to alleviate on-campus parking challenges at the University of Oklahoma. Addressing concerns from the Parking and Transit Office, our research explores various potential solutions, including the construction of parking garages over the Couch Cafeteria Lot and Duck Pond Lot, as well as the strategic reallocation of parking spaces south of Lindsey next to Houston Huffman and the Asp Parking Garage. Our team, comprised of engineering students familiar with the campus parking dilemma, is committed to creating inclusive and efficient solutions.

The Solution • Research the many different solutions that could help benefit everyone such as: • A Parking Garage over the Couch Cafeteria Lot. • A Parking Garage over the current Duck Pond Lot. • A reallocation of the spots in the Lot south of Lindsey and next to the Houston Huffman and the Asp Parking garage.
