Community Health Programs-2011 $3.6m community health program support helps fund: • 4,833 OB Clinic Visits • 430 OB Clinic Deliveries by OB Hospitalists • 1,085 Specialists paid by Indigent Care Fund • 17,896 Mobile Health Van visitors • 6,734 Family and patient education visits • 3,967 Loudoun Free Clinic visits • 25,246 Loudoun Community Health Center visits • 1,578 Diabetes Center visits • 141 Children served by Child Advocacy Center
