  1. I SHALL NOT BE MOVED ACTS 20:22-24

And see, now I go bound in the spirit to Jerusalem, not knowing the things that will happen to me there, except that the Holy Spirit testifies in every city, saying that chains and tribulations await me. But none of these things move me; nor do I count my life dear to myself, so that I may finish my race with joy, and the ministry which I received from the Lord Jesus, to testify to the gospel of the grace of God. Acts 20:22-24

  3. Then Jews from Antioch and Iconium came there; and having persuaded the multitudes, they stoned Paul and dragged him out of the city, supposing him to be dead. 20 However, when the disciples gathered around him, he rose up and went into the city. And the next day he departed with Barnabas to Derbe. Acts 14:19-20

  4. Then the multitude rose up together against them; and the magistrates tore off their clothes and commanded them to be beaten with rods. And when they had laid many stripes on them, they threw them into prison, commanding the jailer to keep them securely. Acts 16:22-23

  5. Are they ministers of Christ? —I speak as a fool — I am more: in labors more abundant, in stripes above measure, in prisons more frequently, in deaths often. 2 Corinthians 11:23

  6. And see, now I go bound in the spirit to Jerusalem, not knowing the things that will happen to me there, Acts 20:22

  7. except that the Holy Spirit testifies in every city, saying that chains and tribulations await me. Acts 20:23

  8. But none of these things Acts 20:24a

  9. Are they ministers of Christ? —I speak as a fool — I am more: in labors more abundant, in stripes above measure, in prisons more frequently, in deaths often. From the Jews five times I received forty stripes minus one. Three times I was beaten with rods; once I was stoned; three times I was shipwrecked; a night and a day I have been in the deep; 2 Corinthians 11:23-25

  10. in journeys often, in perils of waters, in perils of robbers, in perils of my own countrymen, in perils of the Gentiles, in perils in the city, in perils in the wilderness, in perils in the sea, in perils among false brethren; in weariness and toil, in sleeplessness often, in hunger and thirst, in fastings often, in cold and nakedness — 2 Corinthians 11:26-27

  12. besides the other things, what comes upon me daily: my deep concern for all the churches. 2 Corinthians 11:28

  13. nor do I count my life dear to myself, Acts 20:24b

  14. For I know that this will turn out for my deliverance through your prayer and the supply of the Spirit of Jesus Christ, according to my earnest expectation and hope that in nothing I shall be ashamed, but with all boldness, as always, so now also Christ will be magnified in my body, whether by life or by death. Philippians 1:19-20

  15. For to me, to live is Christ, and to die is gain. But if I live on in the flesh, this will mean fruit from my labor; yet what I shall choose I cannot tell. For I am hard- pressed between the two, having a desire to depart and be with Christ, which is far better. Philippians 1:21-23

  16. so that I may finish my race with joy Acts 20:24b

  17. I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. Finally, there is laid up for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will give to me on that Day, and not to me only but also to all who have loved His appearing. 2 Timothy 4:7-8

  18. and the ministry which I received from the Lord Jesus Acts 20:24c

  19. But the Lord said to him, " Go, for he is a chosen vessel of Mine to bear My name before Gentiles, kings, and the children of Israel. For I will show him how many things he must suffer for My name's sake." Acts 9:15-16

  20. except that the Holy Spirit testifies in every city, saying that chains and tribulations await me. Acts 20:23

  21. to testify to the gospel of the grace of God. Acts 20:24c

  22. To me, who am less than the least of all the saints, this grace was given, that I should preach among the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ, and to make all see what is the fellowship of the mystery, which from the beginning of the ages has been hidden in God who created all things through Jesus Christ; Ephesians 3:8-9

  23. to the intent that now the manifold wisdom of God might be made known by the church to the principalities and powers in the heavenly places, according to the eternal purpose which He accomplished in Christ Jesus our Lord, Ephesians 3:10-11

  24. I have set the Lord always before me; Because He is at my right hand I shall not be moved. Psalm 16:2 Are You Easily Moved?

  25. He only is my rock and my salvation; He is my defense; I shall not be greatly moved. Psalm 62:2 Are You Easily Moved?

  26. that we should no longer be children, tossed to and fro and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of men, in the cunning craftiness of deceitful plotting, Ephesians 4:14 Are You Easily Moved?

  27. Are You a Tree?

  28. Are You Moving Away from the Rock?

  29. Therefore whoever hears these sayings of Mine, and does them, I will liken him to a wise man who built his house on the rock: and the rain descended, the floods came, and the winds blew and beat on that house; and it did not fall, for it was founded on the rock. Matthew 7:24-25

  30. “But everyone who hears these sayings of Mine, and does not do them, will be like a foolish man who built his house on the sand: and the rain descended, the floods came, and the winds blew and beat on that house; and it fell. And great was its fall." Matthew 7:26-27
