  4. Setting up Users In the blue bar, go to “Administration”

  5. User Access Profile List Select “Service Provider User Access Profiles”

  6. User Access Profiles This displays a list of previously created User Access Profiles

  9. Managing Plans To set the resale price, go to Service Contracts > Administration > and the Manage Plans link.

  10. Searching for Plans An easy way to find “Plans” without a resale price is to perform a “Search” without specifying criteria.

  11. Listing the Plans Click on the “Your Sale Price” column heading to sort. This brings the plans without resale prices to the top.

  12. Enter the Dealer Price Enter the Dealer’s price , then click the “Save” button.

  13. Searching for Plans Enter the plan number or search criteria then click the Search button to locate the plan(s) to modify.

  14. Modifying Dealer Prices The “Your Sale Price” column can be modified at any time. Click the “Save” button to establish the new dealer price.

  15. To Make a Plan Ineligible to Purchase Leave “Your Sale Price” to of the ineligible plan blank, Then click the “Save” button. Entering $0.00 makes the plan free.

  20. Setting up a Dealer • Enter dealer information • Use your account number for dealer as the “Service Center Number” • Set “Status” to “Active” • Click on “Save • The system assigned ServiceBench ID number is the GoodCare/Asure number • Submit the Authorized Dealer Agreement to Houston

  24. Creating a New Service Contract To create a new service contract, go to Service Contracts > Contracts > and the Create Contract link.

  25. Entering Contract Details • The Contract Details include some of the following: • Internal Contract Number = Paper Contract Number • Purchase Order Number = PO Number on your Goodman invoice • Brand = GoodCare or Asure paper • Internal Contract Number

  26. More Contract Details The Customer Information area includes installation and mailing address.

  27. Enter Equipment Information The Selling Entity who is associated with the sale – your dealer. You can use the magnifying glass to find the dealer. Only enter the serial number of the equipment. The model will auto populate. Click the “Add Product” Product button to select a plan.

  28. Looking up Eligible Plans Click the Plan Lookup icon to view the eligible plans based on model and serial number. “Plans”, within ServiceBench, are Coverage SKU’s as defined by Goodman

  29. Find Eligible Plans Search using any criteria or simply perform a blank search by clicking the Search button. Easiest way is to key the plan number.

  30. Selecting the Plan Click the Checkmark icon next to the plan.

  31. Completing the Purchase Move the plan to the selected plan section by clicking on the right arrow. After all serial numbers and associated plans have been entered, click the Purchase button to complete the contract. • To add more plans to the same Model/Serial number, repeat Plan Lookup steps • To add more Products to this contract, enter new Model/Serial number and click the Add Product button

  32. Viewing the Service Contract Click the ViewContract button to view a PDF of the service contract. View Contract button is available immediately after the contract purchase is completed

  33. Completed Contract View The service contract may be printed or emailed directly from the PDF. Additionally, the service contract may be saved to a hard drive for future generation.

  34. Searching for Service Contracts To generate a service contract, go to Service Contracts > Contracts > and the Search Contracts link.

  35. Searching for a Service Contract Search using any criteria such as the contract number. Then click the “Search” button.

  36. Viewing the Service Contract Click the ViewContract button to view a PDF of the service contract. View Contract button is available immediately after the contract purchase is completed

  38. Reports To access reports, click on the Reports icon at the top of the screen.

  39. Recently Run Reports Recently run reports display for easy access and review. Click on the Report Name to view the report. Click on the Run icon to regenerate the report.

  40. Accessing the Reports List To view the reports list, go to the “Related Links” icon at the top of the screen, then select “Reports List”. Reports may be run ad hoc or per a predefined schedule. A list of reports that run on a predefined schedule can be viewed by selecting the Scheduled Reports link.

  41. Accessing Service Contracts Reports The list of reports can be narrowed down to those that are service contract specific using the search criteria. Select the Service Contracts Report Category, then click the Search button.

  42. Selecting a Report The Service Contract Detail report allows distributors to track their dealer purchases and total sales. Select the Report Name.

  43. Report Options Select any existing template that was previously saved or select the “Define Custom Selection Criteria” button.

  44. Determining Delivery Settings Custom criteria includes delivery information such as format, method, and notification.

  45. Selecting Report Criteria Use the Service Provider ID and contract creation dates to track the dealer’s purchases and total sales. Then click the Submit Report button to run the report.

  46. Accessing the Completed Report Once the Status shows ‘Completed’ view the report by selecting the Report Name. Emailed reports are delivered at completion.
