  3. Moviemto Artístico. • fue un pintor posimpresionista. importante de entre los pintores franceses del Siglo XIX. Sus experimentos sobre el color y el conjunto de su obra influyeron en la evolución de la pintura, en especial sobre el fauvismo, movimiento que se desarrolla entre 1898 y 1908.

  4. Vocabulario • postimpresionismo es un término histórico-artístico que se aplica a los estilos pictóricos de finales del siglo XIX y principios del siglo XX posteriores al imprecionismo. Fue acuñado por el crítico británico RogerFry con motivo de una exposición de pinturas de Paul Cezanne, Paul Gauguin y Vicent van Gohn.
