  2. Present PROBLEMS 1) Spinal Cord Compression, Incomplete, ASIA D, Motor Level T8, Sensory Level T8, 20 to Hemangioma T5-T6 2) HPN St I, Good Control 3) Neurogenic bowel & bladder

  3. Pharmacologic • Citicoline 500 mg/cap 2 caps Q6H • exogenous form of cytidine-5'-diphosphocholine (CDP-choline) used in membrane biosynthesis • may reduce ischemic injury by stabilizing membranes and decreasing free radical formation • Increases blood flow and O2 consumption in the brain, usually given to stroke patients

  4. Pharmacologic • Amlodipine5 mg/tab 1 tab OD • Calcium channel blocker, relaxes arterial wall smooth muscle, decreases peripheral vascular resistance • Hypertension control

  5. Pharmacologic • Omeprazole40 mg/tab 1 tab OD @ HS • Proton pump inhibitor • Prophylaxis for stress gastritis
