  1. ADVISORS: All forms are included in your handbook as well as online at: http://www.ymcagreenville.org/youth-in-government-advisors.php. If a form says ONLINE, it must be completed via the website. The link will take you to a Google Excel Document and you will need to enter the required information.

  2. SEPTEMBER 20 Dues and Online Student Registrations Due (ONLINE) 20 Club Registration Form Due 20 Parent Permission/Medical Release Due 20 Scholarship Applications Due Extra-Skilled 20 Lobbyist Declarations Due 20 Candidate Profiles & Candidate Code of Conduct Due 21-23 PawleysLeadership Conference Student Registrations Finalized (ONLINE)

OCTOBER Bills due 4 Declaration of Roles form Due (ONLINE) 4 Conference Fees Due TBA Legislative and Attorney Training Sessions 24 Deadline for Conference Fee Refund Requests* (* Conference Fee refund requests after this date will be granted only if Hotel/Meals Fee has been paid. If Hotel/Meals Fee has not been paid by this date,Conference Fee cannot be refunded.)

  4. NOVEMBER 4 Hotel Rooming List Due (ONLINE) 4 Hotel/Meals Fees Due 14-17 Model Legislature and Court Conference Columbia, South Carolina

  5. September 20th: Delegate information must be entered into Delegate Spreadsheet (see attached example). Complete online and submit completed spreadsheet by 9/20 deadline. http://www.ymcagreenville.org/youth-in-government-advisors.php
