he Coastal Cod sandwich made a splash with a national sampling event for Long John Silver’s Panko-breaded, top- quality Cod on a Hawaiian-style bun earlier this summer. The first event was extremely popular with customers, so the largest quick-service seafood restaurant in the country will hold another event on Friday, July 1.
