  9. 訂單流 Order flow • 產生及收集訂單 – • 凡所有居住於馬來西亞的人,皆可成為香港國際會員 • 註冊程序簡單容易 • -英文名字 (和身份証上的名字相符合) • -馬來西亞的官方身份証副本 Government Multipurpose Card (GMPC) 又叫MyKad • - 馬來西亞境內的送貨住址 • 香港國際會員入會表格(共3 張表格) • 繳交入會費用及購物 • For Wynlife internal discussion only and subject to changes without notice僅供穩萊內部員工使用

  10. 訂單流 Order flow- 入會費 如用信用卡訂貨及註冊 –所有付款皆用港元計, 入會費是 港元260. 如用現金訂貨及註冊 – 可選擇用港元付款或用馬幣付款入會費是 港元260 或馬幣MYR 120

  13. 訂單流 Order flow– 信用卡付款 可接受Visa 或Master Card 二種信用卡的付款 信用卡支付款項皆以港元計算 使用信用卡者, 請將以下信用卡資料傳真或電郵給香港分公司: 信用卡別, 卡主姓名, 卡號, 有效期限, 信用卡背後三碼

  24. 貨物流 Products Flow– 送貨及運費 駐居在馬來西亞的香港國際會員, 所有購物及ASM購物在馬來西亞分公司正式設立前所有的貨物由MDC運送的費用全免!! 訂單確認後大約三個工作日,顧客便可收到所訂的貨

  25. 金錢流Money flow -獎金 • 獎金結算及發放日全球一致. • 獎金發放日若遇到馬來西亞的國定假日, 則在假日的翌日發放.

  26. 金錢流Money flow -獎金 所有獎金發放可選擇用 E-banking 電腦轉帳 . 或選擇收取匯豐銀行的馬幣支票

  27. 金錢流Money flow -獎金 • 擁有馬來西亞匯豐銀行帳號的會員, 獎金可直接由E-banking 電腦轉帳收取. 銀行不另收費用. • 若沒有馬來西亞匯豐銀行帳號的會員, 若要獎金轉帳 到其他馬來西亞銀行. 銀行收取的轉帳費用將主動在獎金中扣除. • 選擇收取匯豐銀行的馬幣支票以支取獎金的會員, 支票將由馬來西亞郵政局送到會員指定的送貨地址.

  28. 流程 收集訂單 –> 穩萊香港分公司 –> 確認付款 (香港分公司 ) –> 確認訂單 (香港分公司 ) –> 通知MDC訂單細節 (香港分公司 ) –> MDC 按訂單細節包裝 ->交給 POSLAJU送貨 –>顧客

  32. What to prepare • Document with English name • First Order (first order has to be purchased in HK) • ASM Shipping address • Bonus collection – acceptable HK bank account or a legal HK address for receiving HK checks.

  33. 程序 (Procedure) 1. 準備証件, 準備收受獎金的銀行,準備ASM送貨的香港通訊住址(Prepare personal ID , HK Shipping address for collecting ASM, HK Bank information for collecting bonus) 2. 填表格(Forms) 3. 交送表格, 繳香港會費(HK$260), 選擇購物 (Summit document, forms, pay registration fee of HK$260, choose to purchase products) 4.   34. 交送表格及所需 証件 (Submitting) • 有英文名字的身份証明影印本(如:ID, 護照) • Copy of ID card with name shown in English • 2. 填四張表格(Fill 3 Forms) • 獨立直銷商申請協議書, 產品訂購單, ASM自動購貨計劃申請書. • Fill 3 forms: IBP Application/Agreement.   35. 香港銀行戶口( HK bank account) • 最安全,最省錢: • 有以下四家香港銀行戶口的會員可選擇獎金直接存入帳號,不必另給手續.   42. How to get a HK shipping address • There are many business center in HK providing various business supports. It is very simply to apply for it– apply in person with a personal ID card. 6 month is a minimum normal contract period. • With HK $78-$115 monthly service fee, they provide professional assistance of a business address, collecting mail/parcel services and mailing services.
