  3. Rules and Expectations

  4. A Media Center Pass • MUST include signature from teacher, date, time and student’s name. • Is required during • class time! • Is required during • lunch.

  5. Sign-out before exiting the Media Center. Sign-in upon arriving in the Media Center.

  6. Student access may be restricted when classes are present Class In Session No Students Today

  7. While in the Media Center, students are expected to……. If you fail to comply with these expectations you may be asked to leave the Media Center and return to class!

  8. NO • Food, Drinks • or • Gumin the Media Center

  9. The Media Center is a quiet place to work and study. If you wish to visit with friends please find another place to do so.

  10. No Internet Games! No Aimless Internet Surfing!

  11. Students will abide by all other Rules and Regulations as published by Locust Grove High School and Henry County Board of Education

  12. No Personal Grooming

  13. Support and Services

  14. Check-out • Check-out limit for all students… 2 books 2 weeks No check-outs if you owe a fine greater than $2!

  15. OverdueBooks • $0.10 a day for each overdue book checked-out. • No check-outs for students who need to pay fines greater than $2 or return overdue books.

  16. The School Store Don’t forget that many school supplies can be purchased at the School Store—located in your media center! . Poster Board, Index Cards, Graph Paper

  17. Students are encouraged to use flash drives as mobile storage for saving data on the computer. CD-ROMS and Flash Drives are available for purchase at the School Store.

  18. Copies and Printing • Black and White Copies…$0.10 each. • Color printing is not available. • Printing Instructions are listed on the neon sheets of paper on the walls, behind each monitor.

  19. Use the Internet Explorer Icon to begin internet search. Use the LGHS Media Catalog icon to look-up books.
