LOS ANGELES HARBOR COLLEGE IS PART OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA PUBLIC EDUCATION SYSTEM WHICH INCLUDES K-12, CCC, CSU AND UC BASICALLY, NOT ONLY IS THE STATE GOVERMNENT OUR EMPLOYER, IT IS OUR ONLY CUSTOMER THE CUSTOMER DICTATES HOW MANY STUDENTS WE CAN SERVE IN 2011-12 LAHC HAD 839 UNFUNDED FTES APPROXIMATELY $3.8M IN LOST REVENEW TO THE COLLEGE
