24. Eugne-tienne Tach Eugne-tienne Tach (Saint-Thomas-de-Montmagny, 24octobre 1836 - Qubec, 13mars 1912) tait un arpenteur-gomtre et un architecte qubcois. Il est connu pour avoir dessin les plans de l'Htel du Parlement du Qubec et du Mange militaire de Qubec. Il est a l'origine de la devise du Qubec Je me souviens.
