Volume Licensing Programs • Program Availability • Currently available in Select and EA Vol. Licensing • Available: Select License, Enterprise Agreement, Enterprise Agreement Subscription • Also available via Non-VL 1-yr. subscription basis through select LARs. Geography • MS Office Live Meeting – Now Available Worldwide. Localization (English, Japanese, French, German, Spanish, Chinese simplified, Chinese traditional, Korean) • Product Pool • Microsoft Online Services are included in the “Servers and Business Solutions” Pool • Software Assurance • There is no Software Assurance offered for online services. During the term of the subscription, the customer will always receive the latest version of Live Meeting.

Vol. Licensing for Microsoft Office Live Meeting • Three Main Licensing Components: • Services SL - 38 points • An annual subscription fee required for the use, activation and maintenance of service. • Each Services SL activates one customized URL for Live Meeting service • User SL – 1 point each • Required for each Named User that accesses the online services to schedule and conduct meetings. • Each licensed Named User may conduct meetings with up to 15 participants (the organizer and 14 participants). • Room Add-On SL – 200 points • Required for access to additional meeting rooms with a fixed number of attendee spaces. 50, 100, 200, 500, 1000, 2000 • This license allows organizations to conduct meetings with more than 15 participants.

They want to deploy Live Meeting to each of their 140 sales reps. The customer should acquire: • One Services SL that will provide a conference service for one year • 140 User SLs that will provide each sales person access to the service • Each sales person will be able to: • Access the conference service, schedule meetings • Conduct remote meetings with up to 15 participants • Show presentations, documents, share applications

Live Meeting Ordering Process –Volume Licensing • The reseller will place the order using the Select/EA part number and quantity specified by the customer through Microsoft’s online order entry system. • The customer will also need to initiate provisioning of the online service by going to the product specific provisioning Web site. https://main.placeware.com/LMVL/ The customer will be prompted to provide customer and Volume Licensing specific information –provided by their reseller. • The customer contact specified on the provisioning Web site will be emailed credentials within 48 hrs. in order to use the online service. Live Meeting customers will be provided with a company specific Live Meeting URL.

Important Reminders • SKU’s are monthly – but Live meeting is not sold or paid for on a monthly basis. • Monthly SKU’s are for Prorating only (when ordering during an existing Vol. agreement) Vol. License customers are responsible for the service thru to the end of their Select/EA • Customers have 2 purchasing options • Pay entire agreements up front • Prorated agreement • Only one SSL is required for 98% of all orders • SSL provides the conference center that all of the Named users and Rooms utilize
