  2. The Job • Info • Soak up CORRECT knowledge and disperse it • Know how to do everything your cadets know how to do, BUT better • Get work done efficiently and effectively

  3. Duties/Responsibilities • Instructor • Accountable for your cadets actions, whereabouts,and learning • Your abilities are looked upon by all • Hold your cadets respect • Will grade provide me my cadets respect?

  4. The Position • Senior Cadet • Viewed as the most experienced to your cadets • Element Leader, Flight Sergeant, First Sergeant • If you are not sure how to perform in your position…ASK • Better to learn early then wait and experiment

  5. Attitude/Mannerism • Make you mannerisms, sharp, military, and professional • Attitude = “I am a NCO” • Don’t be afraid to be wrong • Look material up for your fellow cadets

  6. Traits • Initiative • Be proactive not reactive • Seek challenging tasks • Excellence • The mission is at hand first, so perform to your best of your abilities • Adapt • Be focused and disciplined • Keep improving and training

  7. Role • After maintaining your obligations fulfill your role… • You are an instructor to them • Drill • Uniforms • Guidance • Basic Needs • Etc.
