  1. How to torpedo punt.By Lockie White

  2. Step 1 • Grab a football and go to about 40m out straight in front of goals.

  3. Step 2 • Hold the ball on an angle across your body.

  4. Step 3 • If your a right footer, the left hand should be slightly forward and the right hand behind the laces. • Reverse steps for left footers.

  5. Step 4 • Guide the ball down with your right hand and support the ball with your left hand. (right footer)

  6. Step 5 • The ball needs to be guided down the same angle as you held the ball. Making sure the ball is angles across the kicking leg.

  7. Step 6 • The ball should spiral and if so you have completed this task.
