  2. Medical support in chronic arterial iscaemia • Medical treatment for associated disease such as diabetes , hyperlipidemia. • Beta blockers may exacerbate claudication . • Anti platelet agent , aspirin , clopidogrel as an alternative . • Vasodilators are unlikely to be beneficial. M.A.Kubtan
