Management hoo-hah • Created short list for DPG coordinator (2014-2015) • Talked with several people to converge on the list • Tiziano now has the list and is going to chat with people/candidates • Made Run Coordination organigrams • 6 distinct yet related areas, each with different lines of communication and responsibilities • Level-1 manager • Schedule coordinator (includes CMS Tech. Coord., LHC, commissioning) • LHC interface • Operations coordinator (includes commissioning, tools) • Shift crews coordinator  the person who was [partially] doing this is leaving • Detector Performance Groups coordinator • If I can write a clean job description of each part, it will be easier to… • … delegate the tasks • … request manpower G.
