Way forward • Make QAF and Operational Manual available • Offer workshops in the QAF and the Manual • Provide opportunities for teacher training • Pilot project to build strong links between a mainstream school and CL schools • Mechanism for CL providers to contribute to decision making processes • Both per capita and special programme funding is needed • Project team: MoE, OEA, Schools of Education and CL schools – others?
