  1. In early December of each year, the Rotary Club of Houston hosts the four finalists for the Rotary Lombardi Award Ceremony. This is an extraordinary evening shared with a renowned master of ceremonies, a nationally recognized keynote speaker and past winners of the award. The Lombardi Award goes annually to the football lineman - offense or defense - who in addition to outstanding performance and ability, best exemplifies the discipline of Vince Lombardi.

  2. The Lombardi Award Ceremony presents a unique combination of athletics, celebrity, entertainment and inspiration. In short, it’s downright FUN! As one attendee stated, “The Rotary Lombardi Award Dinner provides more client entertainment value than any other charitable function I have attended.   3. The four finalists are star attractions at the children’s cancer facilities of MD Anderson and Texas Children’s Hospitals. The Rotary Club of Houston believes that the American Cancer Society and this Houston-based, nationally recognized award for excellence deserve your support.
