  6. How does it work? 1 2 3 4 5 6 IPP electronically pays all Billers and will ACH merchant for bill amounts and transaction fees. IPP will send commission statement and commissions to merchant each month. Customer provides bill or account number. Merchant collects customer’s money and enters bill pay amount. Merchant selects matching Biller and enters customer’s account number on the Verifone 37xx terminal or by using PC IPPonline. Merchant prints out and hands the customer a guaranteed receipt. 6
