You tell him I’ll take over from here and try to undo the damage.” pg. 17 Scout's first grade teacher makes her feel bad about being able to read, when she should feel proud that she can read and write at such a young age. Scout even apologizes and referred to her ability as a crime.

  6. Are you in there Boo ? Dill, Scout, and Jem play pranks on Boo Radleys house to try to get him to come out. One day they took their pranks too far and Boo got mad. Boo sent his brother out and took a shot into the air to scare them away. Ever since then Scout doesn’t pull pranks anymore “ Let’s try to make him come out, I’d like to see what he looks like,’ said Dill.” pg. 13

  7. Talk with Miss Maudie Scout asked Miss Maudie if she thought that Boo Radley was actually in the house or if it was just a made up story. “Miss Maudie, do you think Boo Radley’s still alive ,’ Scout asked? ‘ His names Arthur and he’s alive,’ answered Miss Maudie.” pg. 43 Scout Miss Maudie

  8. Scout’s blanket Miss Stephanie Crawfords house caught on fire and Boo found a blanket. He put it on Scout because she was cold and Scout kept it ever since then. "'Thank who?' Scout asked'Boo Radley. You were so busy looking at the fire you didn't know it when he put the blanket around you.” pg. 72

  11. How to be a Lady Aunt Alexandra told Scout that she should act more like a lady. Of course though Scout didn’t change because she is a strong girl. “Aunt Alexadra was fanatical on the subject of my attire. I could not possibly hope to be a lady if I wore breeches; when I said I could do nothing in a dress she said I wasn’t suppose to be doing things that required pants.” pg. 81

Boo Radley then jumped out and saved the kids from Bob Ewell.
