  1. It’s Jump Rope For Heart’s Birthday Party & you’re invited!!! Get Ready to CELEBRATE!!!!

  2. Our school is participating in Jump Rope for Heart – Now what? You will learn what to do to keep your heart healthy. You will take home a parent letter & donation envelope. With your parent’s permission you will become a lifesaver by asking family & friends for a donation to the American Heart Association. Make a list of who you want to ask. You can call them on the phone. You can go visit them. (But Never ask strangers or Go Door to Door.) The easiest and safest way is to sign up online & send out emails.

  3. Let’s learn how you sign up online… 1: Go to www.heart.org/jump 2: Enter the 1st 3 letters of your school’s name and click “ENTER” 3: Scroll down the list until you find your school and click on “JOIN TEAM” • Make a Jump Rope For Heart Web Page . • Sign Up and Join your School Team.

  4. MEET THE LIFESAVER DUCKS WITH A MESSAGE “Camo” wants you to know that heart disease can hide just like he can hide using camouflage. It’s important to learn how to prevent heart disease. Get a$10 donation! & receive CamoQuacky & matching Lanyard- YOUR 1ST THANK YOU GIFT! *Southwest students will receive all prizes at the end of the time frame

  5. Raise $15 in donations and get your very own Jump Rope! Jumping rope will keep your Heart Healthy!!!!

  6. Sneaky Ninja wants you to know that heart disease can be sneaky too! Eat lots of veggies and get plenty of exercise to stay heart healthy! Earn Sneaky Ninja by getting at least one online donation! *Southwest students will receive all prizes at the end of the time frame!

  7. When you Raise $75 online, you’ll receive another email Mr. Cool says that it’s cool to be active with family & friends! Earn $75 online, & take home MR. COOL *Southwest students will receive all prizes at the end of the time frame!

  8. Raise $40 in donations and get a JRFH T-Shirt

  9. Collect $50! To earn the B-day Duck Stripes! Bonus: Earn a free pass toFun City when you raise $50 online.

  10. Raise $75 in donations and get a Cool Playground Ball! (PLUS If the $75 is in online donations you’ll get Mr. Cool Too)

  11. Raise $100 or more to receive GLOW the SUPER HEART HERO He Glows in the Dark to shine a light on heart disease!

  12. Raise $150 in donations and receive a Max Boom Launcher!!

  13. SPLAT! • Meet SPLAT!!!!! He is our Birthday Duck • Happy Birthday SPLAT!! Raise $150 online, send 15 emails you will earn a chance to be entered into a drawing for a Bike.

  14. Collect $200 TO RECEIVE Torch who has carried the message about the importance of healthy hearts for 35 years! Collect $200!!

  15. Raise $200 in donations to also receive the Quacktastic Trophy Go for the GOLD!!!

  16. Raise $250 in donations and receive a Cool, Comfy Headphone!!!

  17. Raise $500 in donations and get your very own Walkie Talkies!!! Can you hear me now????

  18. Power Up on your own Powerwing Raise $1000 in donations and receive a Powerwing! All gifts are cumulative (this means you will receive them all) ….But remember you must get online donations to get Sneaky Ninja & Mr. Cool

  19. Please return envelopes by Feb. 27 The Top Raising Class will receive a special party in PE! If we reach our goal of $7500, we will get to watch Mr. Moe get his head shaved!!!

  20. Lifesaver Ducks The Ducks want YOU to share theIr lifesaving messages with family & friends! They also want you to know who you’re helping! That’s REALLY IMPORTANT! So Let’s meet some local survivors!
