Ask at the window in Smith Bldg. **Also, did you pick up your FREE hockey ticket at the Party in the Park???? Highschool Football?: Lincoln High School is downtown. We think you have to buy tickets at the door. $$? They will also sell concessions. • TONIGHT: Friday, 9/28 at Lincoln Highschool at 6 pm.    • Lincoln Cardinal Varsity Football Vs. the Titans from West Salem FYI: You will see kids wearing red and white leis (Lincoln’s colors) because the kids will have a Hawai`i-themed dance after the game.

  10. The Purpose of Education Assignment#1 (an introduction) • You have spent several years in an education system. Now you have experience abroad too. • Consider: What is the purpose of education? What are your reasons for pursuing education? What are the goals of a specific society for an educated populace? • In class, we will be working with this topic. Stretch yourself. Brainstorm. Talk to people. • As you are thinking, reflect back on readings/topics in class to incorporate in the paper.
