Deep tissue massage is used when a person is suffering from painful or tight muscles, postural problems, or trying to recover from an injury.  Pregnancy massage: This is also known as prenatal massage, and is increasingly popular these days among expecting mothers. Pregnancy massage is used to reduce stress, anxiety, and depression, and relieve pains and swelling.  Reflexology: Reflexology is most commonly known as a foot massage. Reflexology is very relaxing and it is advisable to people recovering from illness.  Shiatsu: it is a form of Japanese bodywork in which finger pressure is applied on different acu-points points in the body. This pressure is applied in a rhythmic sequence which helps the flow of energy in the body. The relaxation that shiatsu helps in achieving is pleasantly surprising.  Thai massage: Thai massage is like doing yoga without any work. In this type, finger pressure is used to regulate certain energy points, just like Shiatsu, but the therapist here also keeps moving and stretching you into specific poses. This massage is known to be the most energizing than any other kind. It also reduces stress and improves the range of motion of a joint.
