  6. How do I get my students’ email accounts? • Site Managers TBD • Updates will only be made 1 time per semester!!! • Prepare Excel Document with the following fields & send to Site Email Manager: • First Name • Last Name • Student ID • Grade Level OR Graduation Year

  7. Academy Calendar • Create Academy Calendar through your site email account • Share it with your academy teachers and students (view only!! No Edit Access!!) • You can set reminders that will email students to remind them of events! • You can print calendars!
