TUBO Mammary Adenocarcinoma: Sensitivity to α-neu Antibody Treatment
This study investigates the sensitivity of TUBO mammary adenocarcinoma to α-neu antibody (Ab). We present data on untreated TUBO tumor volume (mm3) and corresponding α-neu IgG concentrations (Ab4 equivalent μg/mL). The experimental scheme included BALB/c female mice vaccinated with pNeuE2 on days 0 and 2 (n=4). The results shown are representative of three independent experiments, highlighting the potential of α-neu antibodies as a therapeutic approach in TUBO tumors.

A B Figure S1. TUBO mammary adenocarcinoma is highly sensitive to α-neu Ab. (A) Untreated TUBO - tumor volume (mm3) and α-neu IgG (Ab4 equivalent μg/mL) are plotted on the left and right y-axis respectively. (B) Experimental Scheme - BALB/c females were vaccinated with pNeuE2 on day 0 and 2 (n= 4). Data representative of three independent experiments.
