  2. Purpose of the presentation • In today’ competitive society, everyone has high degree diploma, and certification. How can we make difference with other and the deep impression in the interview is very important. • I got high interview score when I applied CSMU, I want share these tips with everyone here.

  3. Six elements to interview successfully • Researching • Ability • Communication skills • Personal • Enthusiastic • Honest • Realistic

  5. Ability • One of the key to success is product your knowledge and ability. In the case of interview, that the product is you. • Displaying knowledge about a potential employer will enhance chances of interview success

  6. Personal • You should know what your strengths, weakness, skills and ability are and be prepare to discuss them in your interview. • Preparing following questions: hobbies, why you choose here, your ideal job, greatest strengths, some weaknesses, role models, work experience.

  7. Be enthusiastic during the interview • It is important for you to convey a sense of interesting during the interview. • You must appear eager and flexible, but not go to far. • Never be late for an interview appointment.

  8. Honest and realistic goal • Do not lie or boast special skill that you do not good at. • Do not attempt your shortcoming by being untruthful. • Set a realistic goal and expectation: Do not accept a position that is not suited to you just need a job.

  9. Avoid using… • I want to work for your company. (x) I would like to join your professional team. I want to work in an exciting environment like the one your company offers. • I want to work with people. (x) I enjoy working with people and will excel in a position that requires people skills.

  10. If you can not get the meaning • What? (x) I am sorry. What was it you said. I am not familiar with the aspect of the___ but I can find out and respond later. I am so sorry. I am a little overexcited about the opportunity it presents. Let me stat over.

  11. Summary • In today’ competitive interview, what you can do is only practicing, practicing, practicing and some useful knacks. In order that, keep the following above six rules in mind. You must be able to compete successfully with others for the job you want.
