  3. Warm Up • Consider these prompts: • Two goals you have for your self professionally this year. • Two things you’re looking forward to • Find someone . . . . Share your thoughts with your partner

  4. Outcomes • Reconnect with our SP Community • Share the work on SP DOP AND • Share Survey Data/Plan • Communication and collaboration

  5. Support Provider DOP • The group • The decisions • The process

  6. Activity #1 • Table Groups: • Review the materials • Surface comments and/or questions • Elect a spokesperson

  7. Activity #2 • Individually – • Review the DOP • Self-assess • Find someone you are comfortable sharing with.

  8. DOP Sharing Protocol • Partner A – Shares their reflection • Partner B – Listens without interruption. • Partner B – Asks clarifying questions, then Summarizes for Partner A • Partner A Provides any last comments • Switch roles

  9. SP DOP Reflection • Find the reflection page – last page in your handout • Complete the reflection and feedback • This page will be collected at the end of this session.
