Eastern Partnership Regulators Network: Enhancing Cooperation and Best Practices

The Eastern Partnership Regulators Network aims to strengthen relations among NRAs, align regulatory frameworks with EU standards, and facilitate knowledge exchange between EaP and EU NRAs. Established in 2012, it promotes continuous cooperation among NRAs from 6 Eastern Partnership countries. Membership is open to BEREC members, and funding is supported by an EU technical assistance project. The network's activities include benchmarking, plenary meetings, technical workshops, and training sessions on various telecommunications topics. The organizational structure involves a rotating Chairmanship, with Moldova and Lithuania holding leadership roles in 2013. Future workshops will cover areas such as accounting separation, broadband, and digital switchover challenges.
