  3. Important reminders • The updated Pay Election Form that everyone should begin using is available on CapNet. • Skylight pay cards should no longer be issued. Please shred all skylight cards. If you do not have a shredder, contact your DM or mail the cards to the Boulder office. • Team Members with current Skylight cards will receive their new personalized Rapid! Paycard the week of 2/18 at the Restaurant. Please review the spreadsheet to be sent on 2/15 to review for any recent transfers. • If a team member is terminated and you received a card, please mail to the team member’s address on file.

  7. Activate your card by Call 1-877-380-0980 Online www.rapidfs.com rapid!Access Mobile App Every team member MUST create a PIN or they will not be able to access their funds!

Mobile App • Secure and immediate access • View current balance now with running balance displayed • Self service options to update your password, PIN, and personal information • Direct Dial-connect with customer service from the “contact us” tab • Deposit a check to your card • View recent transactions/details • Transfer funds • Locate ATM’s • Text alerts

How to use your card • You can use wherever Mastercard is accepted • Use like a debt card-YOU MUST SET UP YOUR PIN • You can get cash back • In store and online purchases ( you do not have to have a name on your card to make purchases online. When asked, use your name on your account) • We must have a physical address to enroll Paycard (NO P.O. BOXES) • To update your address, please logon to your Paylocity portal.

Customer service • Free 24/7/365 • English and Spanish, plus additional languages available • You can get help with a forgotten PIN number • Lost/Stolen cards are easily replaced • Replacement cards will arrive within 7-10 business days from Customer Service OR immediately from the restaurant

  11. CapNet • CapNet has handouts on everything Rapid! and important features. Each handout is in English on page 1 and Spanish on page 2. More will be added as new items are released.
