It focuses on improving the quality of service provided at 130,000 Branch Post Offices (BOs) by utilizing low-power ICT solutions. Key objectives include financial inclusion, disbursement of social security schemes, and offering value-added services like mobile banking and ATMs. The project addresses the challenges of rural technology deployment and aims to significantly improve the lives of unbanked populations while increasing revenue generation for postal services.
