This study investigates the role of FGFR4 silencing in enhancing chemotherapeutic efficacy in colon cancer cells. Supplementary Figure S1 demonstrates that FGFR4 silencing potentiates the effects of chemotherapy. Figure S2 reveals diminished STAT3 activity and decreased mRNA expression of anti-apoptotic proteins FLIP and Bcl-2 following FGFR4 knockdown. Additionally, Supplementary Figure S3 shows the impact of FGFR4 silencing on drug-resistant colon cancer cell lines. These findings highlight FGFR4 as a potential target for overcoming chemotherapy resistance in colon cancer treatment.
