  9. 個人報告 • 1.期末時，每人繳交一份書面報告，題目以家鄉的一個環境訴訟爭議（環境污染或保育）為題。之後公布限制不得撰寫的議題。 • 2.期末報告，格式與內容要求（格式會公布課程網頁，供下載）： • (1)書面報告封面：題目、姓名、學號與電子郵件 • (2)請打字繕寫，A4書面，字體大小12，單行間距。總字數3000-5000字（判決或訴願書文字不算入字數）。 • (3)內容：環境訴訟的事實爭議、法律爭點與個人意見（批判或不同意見） • (4)繳交期限：6/11
