O B J E T I V O S DEL PROYECTO DEL I ENCUENTRO • Facilitar encuentros de pacientes que procuren su organización y empoderamiento • Soporte y acompañamiento de lideres para el desarrollo de grupos de pacientes en cada país • Desarrollar la autonomía y solidaridad de los pacientes y sus familia para autogestionar un mejor estado de salud • Establecer un enfoque de trabajo, propósitos, estrategias y metas que garanticen su permanencia • Identificar objetivos comunes y lineas de trabajo que satisfagan las expectativas de los pacientes • Identificar los beneficios de asociarse como una forma de motivación y compromiso • Reconocer la importancia de los tratamientos transfusional y quelante: beneficios versus complicaciones. • Compartir experiencias con organizaciones exitosas Grupos de pacientes liderados, organizados y autónomos

  5. P R O P U E S T A Para este proyecto PEYDI propone la aplicación de un enfoque de trabajo, proyectado en tres fases, a lo largo de las cuales se desarrolla el modelo. Pacientes con CHO de la Región Andina I ALINEACIÓN ESTRATÉGICA II LINEAMIENTOS ESTRATÉGICOS DE LA ORGANIZACIÓN III ACOMPAÑAMIENTO Y SEGUIMIENTO
