  3. Think-Pair-Share (Kagan) Think: Write one characteristic of an effective team. (2 minutes) Pair: Exchange your ideas with the person beside you. ( 3 minutes) Share: Share your thoughts with your table and choose one characteristic to present to the entire group. (5 minutes)

Share Time: Starting to the left of the recorder, each member shares one idea which the recorder writes down. Discussion Time: Team discusses all responses and chooses one to share with the entire group.
