Adalah seorang AR yang mempunyai License atas tingkat kecakapannya yg diizikan untuk ber DX-ing • Siapa saja yang disebut Dxer itu ? Di Indonesia hanya YC dan YB saja yang boleh ber DX-ing { CW, SSB & Digital } • Tingkat Siaga { YD } Boleh Ber Dxing namun hanya Mode CW saja { Kep. Men No.49/2002 }
