  2. Phases Of Implementation • Test broadcasting: • start: first half 2001 • area: Kyiv • 1 multiplex, 4-5 TV& radio programs • II. Regular broadcasting: • start: 2002 • area: Kyiv & possible other cities • 3 multiplexes (15 programs) • III. Spreading coverage on major regional centers: • period: 2002-2005 • area: regional centers, big cities • 3 multiplexes (15 programs) • IV. Expanding national network to achieve 90-100% coverage: • period: 2005-2009
