  1. Louisiana Plans Management System(LPMS) Changing Your Password

  2. Go to: www.lacitizens.comClick on “Password Trouble” link

  3. In the Sub Menu Click on “Change Password” link

  4. Enter your email address and press send(Must be email address we have on file)

  5. You will receive this confirmation message

  6. You will receive an authorization code to your email account

  7. If you received either of these messages, this typically means we have a different email address on file You should email webmaster@lacitizens.com as indicated for directions on making a correction

  8. Once you receive your authorization code via email – go back to the Password Trouble page to select the circled area to enter your authorization code

  9. Copy your authorization code and paste it into the field. Enter your old password and your new password twice and click submit

  10. You will receive this confirmation message Close and reopen your Internet browser before logging in with your new information
