  3. Strength • He is strong in the concept of Harmony who looks for consensus, do not enjoy conflict and look for areas of agreement. • He is strong in the theme of Includer who accepts others, show awareness of those who feel left out, and make an effort to include them.

  4. He is strong in the area of taking Responsibility like what he says he will do and is committed to stable values, such as honesty and loyalty. • He is also considered as a Developer who recognizes and cultivates the potential in others and spot the signs of each small improvement.

  5. It is not in any single incident, but in most of the difficult situations of our dept, he stands like a protective wall in front of us. He knows very well how to come back from that situation without making any disturbances. He always says it to us that let the thing come to you I will be just behind you to support and guide you.
