Project ACCESS is an innovative web-based student advising system designed to boost college completion and employment outcomes for Montgomery College students. Leveraging the Campus Star website, it provides easy access to academic services, personalized learning plans, event calendars, faculty contacts, and essential resources. This project empowers students through individualized academic roadmaps, allowing them to independently monitor their progress and stay connected with the campus community. By using state-of-the-art technology, Project ACCESS fosters communication between students and faculty, enriching the overall educational experience.

Objectives of Project • Provide a diversity of new services to students of Montgomery College through the website of Campus Star. • Offer new communication channels between students and administrators, and/or faculty members • Enhance the capacity of adopting the state-of-the art technology in the campus environment.
Implementation Plan • The implementation plan consists of seven phases. • In addition to substantial support from personnel of several divisions, every phase except phase I , requires programming by Montgomery College IT Staff.
