  1. What IS Duo? • Duo stands for “Do Unto Others” which is exactly what we seek to do. • Duo is an organization that seeks to help countries around the world provide food, shelter, and clothing to the people within those countries.

  2. Where do we start? • Well, we have decided to start with Ethiopia. Ethiopia’s economy has struggled ever since they became a country. • Think about our disastrous economy times one thousand. Considering our situation sometimes seems hopeless, theirs is devastating and heartbreaking.

  3. How in the world (no pun intended) are we going to pull this off? • First and foremost the best way to accomplish this feat is to spread the word about Duo and get as many members as we possibly can who will be dedicated to the cause and will not give up easily. • Next, we need to brainstorm, plan, and do the necessary fundraisers it will take to raise the money.

  4. Fundraisers • Christmas Dinner (Details to come) • T-shirts • Necklaces • Money Cans • Bake Sales • Concerts • Donations (to get started) • Suggestions are welcome!!

  7. Fundraiser Info (so far) • Necklaces: We are making puzzle piece necklaces that will cost roughly $1.00 to make and will then sell them for $5.00 a piece.
