  8. 65 Operatives trained in Mentoring skills 11 Mentors trained in Administration skills Project Managers and Supervisors act as off line mentors. (3 to 4 apprentices each) Team Effort In House Apprenticeships

  9. In House Apprenticeships • Craft Apprenticeship scheme is 25 years old • We employ 360 craft operatives • over 35% of current Craft Operatives are home grown • Trained to City and Guilds Level 3 in all crafts. • 100% successful completion from apprentice to Operative since 2004.

Embedding training into the Decent Homes Project • For every £1 million of work you take, you must employ an apprentice written into the contract. • Guaranteed 24 months to level 2 • Circa…200 apprentices (243) • Partner can then choose to employ or give a further years training • Service level agreement • Roll on roll off apprenticeships with the local Training providers • All apprentices as per Nottingham city Councils Local Jobs for Local People
