This project focuses on defining a robust commercial competency framework by aligning various approaches, documenting critical success factors (CSFs), and drafting competencies by function. It includes interviews with leadership, mapping key processes to business strategies, and ensuring alignment across commercial functions. The initiative also incorporates industry best practices and research insights to establish performance measures for controllers and commercial departments. High-level transition plans will be developed to ensure smooth implementation and coordination among all stakeholders.
